padre che ringrazia di avere la figlia che si prende insulti e umiliazioni lavorando per mcdonalds perché non solo la sta rendendo matura, ma persino sicura di sé (?!) e le sta facendo sviluppare un'ottima etica del lavoro (?!?!)
poi si augura che un giorno vada a lavorare con lui (così potranno maltrattare e insultare insieme i sottoposti, immagino)

My daughter is 17 works at McDonald's.
Thad no idea how challenging the job was and absolutely no idea of how dreadful
some of the great British public are.
Employees get so much abuse it's staggering.
Threats of horrendous violence because a barbecue sauce wasn't put in the bag.
People literally screaming F wordsin your face because chips (that they didn’t even
order) are missing.
And the vast majority of the people being abused are teenagers working their way
through college.
Not a week goes by without an incident sparked over what you and I would consider
to benothing,
And they deal with it. Every day.
Fortunately it's balanced by nice customers who appreciate the staff.
Then theres the job. It really is so very fast paced with strict targets and everyonein
the team has to contribute or it falls over.
In the past twelve months I've seen Mollie mature and her confidence has grown
beyond belief.
She has developed such a great work ethic and can do attitude.
I really hope she will consider joining our business in the future, because nothing
phases her now.
IF you see McDonald's on a CV and your first thought is, they flip burgers, maybe like
me you should think again because what they actually do is manage the public.
