@juc l'impatto ambientale della soia non è nullo, come quello di tutte le culture necessarie all'alimentazione umana.
Ma c'è un però: è un falso mito pensare che impatta di più una alimentazione vegana rispetto a una di origine animale.
Perché la maggior parte della produzione e importazione della soia va alla alimentazione zootecnica.
Quindi se vogliamo ridurre la produzione di soia nel mondo dobbiamo sostituire prodotti animali con la soia nella alimentazione umana.
