slowforwardl’onu chiede al governo italiano il ritiro del decreto “sicurezza”ROMA, 16 APRILE – Gli esperti di diritti umani delle Nazioni Unite hanno chiesto al governo italiano di ritirare il cosiddetto Decreto sicurezza, approvato lo scorso 4 aprile. ”Siamo preoccupati dal modo in cui il governo ha trasformato un disegno di legge in decreto legge e da come quest’ultimo è stato frettolosamente approvato dal Consiglio dei ministri, aggirando così la discussione parlamentare e il dibattito pubblico”, scrivono i cinque esperti Onu intervenuti sulla questione. È vero che prevede il carcere per donne in gravidanza o con neonati di meno di un anno, è vero che dona tutele e privilegi vergognosi agli sbirri (10k per le spese legali e la pistola di servizio a buffo pure per andare in piscina), è vero che va a limitare la possibilità di manifestazioni, è vero che è stato fatto passare in maniera forzata in barba a tutto, è vero che un governo fascista ne farà grande uso...ma non è che prima stavamo messi bene. La maggior parte sono modifiche a norme già esistenti che erano già severe e limitavano di fatto parecchie libertà. È che da Genova fino all'inizio del genocidio a Gaza ci eravamo dimenticati, come collettività, che potevamo manifestare e ne avevamo proprio paura perché, ben prima di questo governo, c'è stata Genova. Condannano con parole durissime il decreto sicurezza, ne chiedono la revoca. Perché non è accettabile. Non è accettabile per quello che c’è scritto. Per come lo hanno scritto. Talmente male che rischia di trasformare il rispetto dei diritti in una libera interpretazione del pubblico ufficiale di turno. Non è accettabile nemmeno il modo con cui è stato approvato, “aggirando il Parlamento e il controllo pubblico” – cito le parole non di pericolosissimi attivisti per i diritti umani, ma proprio degli esperti Onu. E poi, come ripetiamo da mesi, non è accettabile il risultato di tutto questo. Perché il decreto sicurezza, lo si capisce benissimo leggendo sempre il parere Onu, non è nient’altro che una gigantesca punizione collettiva. Un atto di violenza contro tutti i nemici della destra: i giovani, i più fragili, i detenuti. Tutti ugualmente sospesi dallo Stato di diritto. Perché dove la legge diventa arbitrio, l’abuso diventa sistema.
