slowforwardsalvatore borsellino: familiari delle vittime inascoltati. la deriva di regime è evidente5 aprile 2025È stato ieri approvato dal consiglio dei ministri quell’attentato ai principi della nostra Costituzione noto come “Decreto Sicurezza”.È una cosa di una gravità estrema, è un decreto e quindi entra immediatamente in vigore dopo la sua pubblicazione sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale, si esclude anche il Parlamento, anche se dovrà da questo essere approvato entro sessanta giorni, e purtroppo mi risulta che sia stato già controfirmato dal Presidente della Repubblica.Il presidente del Senato, al quale ci eravamo rivolti, ha rifiutato di ascoltare l’associazione dei familiari delle vittime che dell’operato dei servizi sono state le prime vittime e purtroppo anche il successivo appello alla presidenza della repubblica è rimasto senza risposta.Quello che fino ad oggi hanno fatto questi servizi, come l’istigazione e la partecipazione alle stragi, sarà oggi coperto dalla legge.Dovranno risponderne solo al capo del governo.È peggio dell’Ovra e del ventennio fascista.Questo stesso presidente del consiglio, a cui viene data la facoltà anche di autorizzare componenti dei servizi a guidare associazioni terroristiche e commettere omicidi, ha detto che il provvedimento è stato emanato come decreto e non discusso in parlamento per questioni di urgenza e per rispondere alle aspettative dei cittadini.Ma quei cittadini che sono stati colpiti non solo come cittadini di questo stato ma anche nei propri affetti, i rappresentati delle associazioni dei familiari di vittime di stragi e di assassini non sono stati neppure ascoltati, nonostante avessero chiesto di esserlo, sia dalle commissioni parlamentari sia dal Presidente della Repubblica.Mi vergogno di essere cittadino di uno stato guidato da un sistema di potere che si sta rivelando peggiore del regime fascista.Non ne ho le prove e nessuna sentenza lo ha finora mai affermato con sicurezza, ma sono fermamente convinto che questi servizi a cui viene oggi data, per legge, la facoltà di delinquere e di uccidere, sono quelli che hanno partecipato alla preparazione e all’esecuzione delle stragi di Via D’Amelio e di Capaci, e non soltanto di quelle.E credo anche che mio fratello, negli ultimi giorni della sua vita se ne fosse reso conto e per questo sia stata affrettata l’esecuzione di quella strage e sia stata sottratta la sua agenda.Salvatore Borsellino*(grazie a Ilaria Giovinazzo per la condivisione di questo testo, reperibile anche ai link che seguono)“Questo decreto consente alle attività di rispondere direttamente al governo, finora sottoposte al giudizio della magistratura invece adesso saranno autorizzate dopo un omicidio a risponderne solo a capo del Governo. slowforwardil punto non è se sei paranoico… il punto è se sei abbastanza paranoico (“strange days”, 1995) / differx. 2025 (aprile)<a href="https://slowforward.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/disk-from-strange-days.jpg" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a>sì: sarò paranoico ma certo – mettendo i fatti in fila – non è che ci si senta proprio al settimo cielo della sicurezza personale e collettiva, per non parlare della produzione di senso, individuale e di gruppo. l’obiettivo, ricordiamocelo, non è solo l’auspicato rovesciamento dello stato di cose presente, ma anche – e sempre – la costruzione di situazioni qui e ora. la costruzione e condivisione di senso. e: le istituzioni sono i nemici frontali delle situazioni. si comincia (o si continua) a doverle rifiutare tutte. o qualcosa del genere. ecco insomma la fila dei fatti, incompleta, per mia distrazione, sicuramente :<ul><li>il (p)residente della repubblica delle banane firma e dunque vara (è complice del varo di) un decreto “sicurezza” che in pratica istituisce lo stato di polizia, e dà ancora maggiori protezioni a quelle stesse forze neofasciste e repressive che – più o meno pilotate dai servizi segreti statunitensi – negli scorsi settant’anni hanno commesso in Italia un gran numero di ormai notissimi crimini, esecuzioni, stragi, depistaggi, accordi con le mafie eccetera; e che – soprattutto con <a href="https://poliverso.org/display/0477a01e-7967-fbb5-2360-4a2929149450" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Genova 2001</a> – si sono riprese pienamente il campo squadristico storico, ‘arricchito’ dalle esperienze della macelleria delle dittature sudamericane;</li><li>la medesima repubblica delle medesime banane non solo intrattiene ottimi rapporti (anche economici e militari) con israele e con la sua natura e prassi genocida e razzista, ma attua energicamente il razzismo e la deportazione anche in casa propria (cpr, lager in Albania, permanenza della legge Bossi Fini eccetera);</li><li>la compagine neofascista del goveno della stessa repubblica delle stesse banane ha da tempo occupato e blindato posti chiave nell’informazione e distribuzione dell’informazione generalista (per non parlare dell’editoria, della distribuzione e di canali video non ‘pubblici’: proprietà diretta del defunto referente politico della mafia celebrato con funerali di Stato due anni fa); </li><li>la detta compagine si avvia a completare il piano piduista di Gelli, sottomettendo la gestione della giustizia alle esigenze del governo e dei suoi padrini e padroni criminali; così come si avvierà presto a finire di smantellare sanità e scuola pubbliche, per ulteriormente accentuare la natura classista delle opportunità effettive di accesso a salute e istruzione;</li><li>in tutto questo, la sinistra istituzionale, segnatamente il PD, è incerto se oscilli più tra cretinismo e connivenza, o tra connivenza lassista e connivenza attivamente complice; </li><li>il caso Paragon, il software usato da forze (non identificate) dello Stato per spiare giornalisti, attivisti e altri individui, ri-chiarisce perfettamente, se ce ne fosse bisogno, che le istituzioni – tutte – non si sono mai fatte né si fanno tutt’ora il minimo scrupolo di ricorrere a mezzi illegali e invasivi per spiare i cittadini, non importa se coinvolti in attività politiche o meno; (le stesse tecnologie che permettono lo spionaggio – e magari il furto e la vendita di dati sensibili – permettono anche, si può immaginare, la fabbricazione di false prove e accuse contro chiunque);</li><li>Meta fa attivamente shadowbanning e boicottaggio di post e account filopalestinesi sia su facebook che su instagram, nonostante soprattutto instagram sia una fonte ricchissima di informazioni che riescono – a valanghe: per pressione quantitativa – a sfuggire ai filtri e a trasmettere in diretta il genocidio che israele commette ai danni di Palestinesi;</li><li>Meta ti obbliga alla sua IA, installata su whatsapp, e non è ancora chiaro se e come ci sarà una possibilità di opt-out, né quanto e come (e con quali garanzie e chiarezza) sarà o già ora è possibile tener fuori il naso di Zucko dalle nostre conversazioni private, le nostre foto, i video, gli appunti, le opinioni, insomma dai sacrosanti cazzi nostri;</li><li>Google e Microsoft hanno fornito e forniscono tecnologie di IA e supporto cloud alle forze israeliane per il massacro dei Palestinesi; sono gli stessi Google e Microsoft che ospitano e gestiscono percentuali spaventose di materiali e informazioni dai e sui cittadini di (praticamente) tutto il mondo; per non parlare di Meta, daccapo; in quali mani siamo?</li></ul>[continua] [forse]aggiornamenti 15-16-17 aprile: (1) Sigfrido Ranucci, nel silenzio generale, denuncia che una nuova circolare Rai impone la tracciabilità di tutto il materiale video, comprese le interviste con fonti anonime. PindoramaO governo federal deve enviar ao Congresso Nacional, ainda neste semestre, um projeto de lei de reforma do setor elétrico brasileiro.
