Μετά την επίσκεψη και τον εναγκαλισμό του Κ. Μητσοτάκη με τον Μ. Νετανιάχου, έρχεται η επιλογή του Νετανιάχου να φύγει εκτός εδάφους του κράτους – απαρτχάιντ Ισραήλ και να ταξιδέψει σε Ευρωπαϊκό έδαφος και συγκεκριμένα στην Ουγγαρία, και τούτο κατά προφανή και προκλητική περιφρόνηση του εντάλματος σύλληψης που έχει εκδοθεί από το Διεθνές Ποινικό Δικαστήριο της Χάγης σε βάρος του. Προκειμένου να ταξιδέψει αεροπορικώς προς την Ουγγαρία, θα διέλθει από τον εναέριο χώρο πλείστων ευρωπαϊκών κρατών, είναι δε πιθανό, και από τον εναέριο χώρο του Ελληνικού Κράτους.

Ως νυν και πρώην μέλη του Δ.Σ. του ΔΣΑ και του ΔΣΘ καταθέσαμε σήμερα αναφορά ενώπιον της Εισαγγελείας Εφετών και του Υπουργείου Δικαιοσύνης για την εκτέλεση του εντάλματος σύλληψης και παράδοσης του στο Διεθνές Ποινικό Δικαστήριο
