La contre-cartographie vient rebattre les cartes, et bouscule notre rapport utilitaire à l’espace. Ici, on veut représenter le monde tel qu’on le vit pour mieux mettre en avant les problématiques invisibles à l'œil nu : dynamiques raciales, enjeux environnementaux ou même nos propres questionnements intérieurs.
L'émission Tracks est partie à la rencontre de celles et ceux qui spatialisent les enjeux sociétaux.

Apple Dienste sind und bleiben durchwachsen bis schlecht (Siri). Die Apple Karten mögen ja in den USundA prima funktionieren. Hierzulande findet die Software aber in #wien so einige Lokalitäten nicht und auch sonst lässt der Nutzen der App stark zu wünschen übrig.
Sogar "Here we go" (ehemals Nokia Here) ist da besser und bietet sogar Fahrt-Alternativen mit Öffis an.
Der Platzhirsch bleibt leider Google Maps in Sachen Navigation.

Weg von #google #maps? Hin zu #apple #karten? Bislang können mich die Alternativen nicht wirklich überzeugen. Zumal Maps von Google inzwischen so voll gestopft ist mit Informationen, da können andere nur noch schwer mithalten. Man zahlt bei Google eben mit seinen Daten. Bei mir seit über 20 Jahren ...
