Mi sono accorto che dietro di me avevo tutta la Spagna, tutto un continente, e davanti a me c'era solo uno stretto braccio di mare a separarmi dal Marocco, che con le sue montagne (che nel passato erano chiamate "Le colonne d'Ercole, insieme a Gibilterra) esercitava un fascino magnetico, che mi attirava a sé. <br>
<br>
Purtroppo non mi è stato possibile mettere piede in quel vastissimo continente, per questa volta, ma mi sono dovuto "accontentare" di immortalare Tarifa con la sua bella spiaggia atlantica, enorme, e le tante persone che praticavano Kite Surf. <br>

Il Simone ViaggiatoreDue anni fa ero a Tenerife, e durante una passeggiata in pieno centro abitato è spuntata... lei/lui (non so).<br>
<br>
E' una delle ultime specie di lucertole autoctone rimaste alle Canarie. Ogni isola ha (aveva) almeno una specie endemica, che sta cedendo il passo dopo l'arrivo degli Europei, e in particolare nelle utlime decadi. <br>
<br>
Molto triste. <br>

L'esemplare fotografato è lungu quanto un avambraccio, e si mimetizza abbastanza bene. <br>
<br>
I campioni in questo senso sono le lucertoe di El Hierro, il cosiddetto "lagarto gigante" perché può arrivare a 50 cm. (avambraccio più mano).<br>

In queste immagini ️ ho cercato di onorare lo splendido Pueblo Blanco ️ (paese bianco) di Casares ⛰️.<br>

Si trova sulle colline in corrispondenza di Algeciras , e da uno dei suoi mirador è possibile scattare immagini come queste , ma anche godere di una vista splendida sulle colonne d'Ercole ️, lo stretto di Gibilterra , così affascinante perché si tratta dell'incontro tra due continenti .<br>

Il Simone ViaggiatoreAndalusia, giorno 8: un vero e proprio giorno 8 non c'è, perché oggi si torna a casa. <br>

Casa che, con sempre maggiore convinzione, è molto in discussione per il futuro.<br>

In questo viaggio ho trovato una terra meravigliosa a cavallo tra Mediterraneo e Atlantico che, sebbene molto affollata, può essere un buon piano B per il mio futuro rispetto alle Canarie.<br>

Il Simone ViaggiatoreAndalusia, giorno 3: un tempo instabile come la Pace nel mondo mi costringe oggi a rivolgermi all'interno, per visitare alcuni borghi che sono dei perfetti esempi di "Pueblos Blancos", lencittadine dipinte di bianco che sono una caratteristica della regione. <br>

Ho visitato Arcos de la Forntera, costruita su due speroni di roccia bella quanto poco accessibile, e poi Medina Sidonia, città già conosciuta dagli antichi Romani dei quali, però, non sono riuscito a trovare le meraviglie sotterranee (non ci sono indicazioni).<br>

Il destino ha voluto che, proprio nel giorno in cui avrei dovuto visitare Gibilterra, ci fosse una specie di nuvola di Fantozzi sulla cima della roccia. Questo avrebbe impedito di vedere per bene la costa dell'Africa antistante lo stretto.<br>
<br>
Niente paura; con la speranza di rivederla presto ho proseguito per visitare altri borghi particolari e caratteristici, come CASTELLAR DE LA FRONTERA.<br>

Il Simone ViaggiatoreOggi giornata pazzesca in una Andalusia baciata dal sole, sole che nel nord Italia ci sognano solo a Febbraio.<br>

Il meteo ha permesso di restare in maniche corte senza problema, e a tratti c'era persino caldo (23 gradi con sole caldo).<br>
<br>
I oueblos dell'Amdalusia mia tanno sorprendendo anche questa volta e le città turistiche con Marbella, scopro, hanno comunque molto da dire.<br>
<br>
Vedere il Marocco in lontananza ispira e fa venire voglia di scoprirlo ma...è un'altra storia.<br>

Domani si va a Gibilterra!<br>
