Two new bus interchanges (BIs), Woodleigh and Pasir Ris, will open in April 2025, expanding Singapore's integrated transport hubs to 14. Woodleigh BI, connected to Woodleigh MRT, and Pasir Ris BI, adjacent to Pasir Ris MRT, will enhance connectivity.

Woodleigh BI, operated by SBS Transit, will amend Service 146 to serve new stops along Bidadari Park Drive, while Service 148 will connect the BI to Potong Pasir. Pasir Ris BI, operated by Go-Ahead #Singapore, will accommodate 17 bus services with no route changes. A shuttle for SAF servicemen will relocate nearby.

Both BIs feature inclusive amenities like barrier-free access, priority seating, wheelchair-accessible toilets, and baby care rooms. Sustainability features include LED lights, energy-efficient cooling, and HVLS fans at Pasir Ris. Temporary wayfinding will guide commuters as construction continues on connecting MRT stations.
