I'm not sure if I'd see this frame as beautiful without seeing the movie, Stalker by Andrei Tarkovsky.

The choice of location was so cool, there's so much mood and visual information, and filmed slowly, I went into a trance😁

I read the short story it was based on, Tarkovsky definitely went his own way with it and created something unique. No special effects or costumes, but still alien. The weirdness of the zone is in the story and in our heads.
