The #RegisterOfDamageForUkraine #RD4U [1][2] is an excellent initiative. While Palestine and Israel are not in the #CouncilOfEurope , CoE states are implicated; it would be good to also set up #RD4P [3] + #RD4I [4], so that Palestinians + Israelis can be compensated by a future mechanism too. The database for #RD4P will have to be bigger e.g. 60 Tb for #RD4P vs 1 Tb for #RD4I.

@boud Do you really need a database? You only need a single entry: everything which used to exist before 2023-10-07 has been destroyed.
