From the jump it seems alcoholic cop Sarah Clasen was given special treatment. She voluntarily agreed to a blood test for alcohol. But the cops on scene applied for a warrant anways... resulting in FIVE hour delay before they drew her blood.

Talk about special treatment!

DivestSPD points out that most people wouldn't get the benefit of the doubt on the blood test. There's so much evidence already.

For instance the officers on scene also reported Clansen appeard so drunk that they held a sheet of paper on a car for her to write on and she was so sloopy she wrote on the car instead of the paper until they helped her find the paper.

So what's the deal with this prosecutor who seems to think he doesn't have a strong case with this obvious DUI slaying?
