Fairhaven Person<p>My good boy Broxo at the beach this morning. West Island, part of the town of Fairhaven, MA, is in Buzzard's Bay near Cape Cod. Spring is arriving but it will be a while before last year's brown beach grass is replaced with this season's new growth.
