This is the inside cover of our well-worn French dictionary (Petit Larousse illustré). But when was it published?

@brian_gettler I had one well before 1970. I would say it was released just after the independence wave of early sixties.
@brian_gettler I would say between 1981 (Spanish flag) and 1985 (European flag), both years included.
