Migration day 1: lay the foundations to drop gmail

Created a tutanote free account, set the gmail autoreply to update my email address and the auto forward to tuta. Also installed the android client from f-droid (e2e encrypted). I'm going to use the webmail for now on the linux desktop (it's electron-based anyhow as far as I understand).

Let's see if I can go through the tunnel.

ps: the tuta.io domain I chose is not so bad in the end... it's also very easy to tell on the phone especially in Italy.
