@aral That's like the covid situation. People are waiting until they're sick, disabled or dying before they'll admit it's still a pandemic with life-limiting/lethal consequences. Meanwhile #Govenment stashes money & treats everyone as disposable. Shortsighted seems to be applicable to everything now. Glad to bump into people on here who have the ability to critically think & understand the long-term.
