@retrovulcano #VoidLinux es un poco particular, pero está muy bien optimizada, yo no soy experto, pero puedes usar la mayoría de aplicaciones.
#Trisquel tiene el problema principalmente con los drivers, porque solo usa paquetes libres. Al final es una #debian.
@retrovulcano hay varias distribuciones de #Linux españolas. Tienes a #VoidLinux creada desde cero, con su propio sistema de paquetería. También tienes #Trisquel, derivada de Debian, y una de las pocas que la FSF considera completamente libre. Sí buscas seguro que encuentras más, como #CuerdOS (también derivada de Debian.
Será por alternativas.

Me levanté contento y me dije, veamos si es posible correr Triskel Gnulinux en la Lenovo Ideapad 5i un procesador 12 generación los llamados Ander Kike, y casi alcance mí sueño

Pero Noooooo cuando comienza la instalación se bloquea y nunca termina la instalación!
Hay que seguir esperando tal vez para la nueva versión de Trisquel ya pueda tenerlo andando!

Recuerden que hay una transición entre pulseaudio y pipewire, por lo que para esta específica version de kodi (20.5) necesitan instalar:
pipewire-alsa
y usar:
KODI_AE_SINK=alsa kodi &
para seleccionar el dispositivo de sonido en su #HTPC

Mi viejo ordenador Acer va bastante mal desde que se hizo una gran actualización en el #Lubuntu que tiene instalado. El ordenador está viejo pero creo que al menos alguno de sus problemas se deben al nuevo Lubuntu, por lo que voy a tener que cambiar de sistema operativo Linux, a uno que sea facilito de usar y que vaya bien en un ordenador portatil viejo. For all #Guix users in #Trisquel, it is recommended to update their system to the latest update to correct a security detail found in recent versions.
There is no CVE assigned, however you can find more information about it at: https://guix.gnu.org/blog/2024/build-user-takeover-vulnerability/
This is a "home-made" update, at the moment there is no update from Ubuntu or Debian yet.
