An unsung perk of bike commuting: Never, ever having to plan around traffic congestion.

This only occurred to me over time, so it might not immediately be apparent to folks who only try cycle commuting once or twice.

Of course bicycling / e-biking isn’t always safe or feasible for everyone’s commute routes or lifestyles. But when it is, oh my god, please treat yourself.
